For those who followed our infrastructure saga this week:

The enrollment form submits to a Cloudflare Worker (not Azure—never again Azure for this use case). The worker:

1. Validates the form data
2. Saves to Airtable for our records
3. Sends a GitHub repository invitation via the API
4. Returns a success response

Total infrastructure cost: $0/month (Cloudflare Workers free tier: 100,000 requests/day).

What We’re Not Doing

• No payment required (for now—this is early access)
• No email course drip (all materials available immediately)
• No upsells or hidden content
• No tracking beyond basic analytics

You enroll, you get access, you learn. That’s it.
